A helpful reminder ... of things to concentrate on when about to take your practical driving test

HANDBRAKE – MAKE A DECISION

When bringing your vehicle to a complete stop, you may or may not need to apply your handbrake. If you’re not sure, decide whether you will be stopped for quite some time or perhaps that your vehicle may roll in the wrong direction.

Handbrake on, or off? Make a decision.

If it occurs to you to apply the handbrake, then you should probably put it on. If you don’t need to apply the handbrake it probably wouldn’t occur to you to do so.

Keep in mind with any actions when driving, if something occurs to you, then you probably need to do it, otherwise it wouldn’t have occurred to you in the first place.

If it’s worth thinking about, then it’s worth doing.
